The Princeton-Lowry Crossing Chamber Foundation intends
to use private and shared office space to provide nonstandard
office solutions to start-ups, small businesses and
individual entrepreneurs.
OBJECTIVES
Leveraging collaborative consumption to produce a cost-shared style
office solution for those trying to establish or grow their businesses while
providing productivity-supporting common areas for those not needing
permanent space.
SOLUTIONS
In a growing market, where affordable infrastructure is extremely limited
and often out-of-budget for small, non-retail based business, The Business
Center aims to fill a gap to keep businesses and jobs in our community.
BENEFITS
The Business Center is a cost-sharing solution allowing overhead
expenses to become manageable while providing businesses a
professional location, access to mail and package retrieval, board room
access, and print and copy.
